Finally! This is good news as we may finally settle one of the key bugbears hanging over Beam. The company says Beam is likely to sell its stake in the JV or own it outright. Both outcomes are good IMO, especially since there is no value ascribed to the JV. I suspect Beam will either get a decent payout or will own a business with 80K global subscribers (this has increased since Beam's FY23 results last month) that generates nearly $41m in revenue! The irony is that the JV could be worth more than BCC!
