@Klogg with your base case being BCC buying out the JV - that sounds interesting though unlikely, I think that even if BCC wanted to do that they simply cannot afford it. What could be the financing method to acquire something like that, I believe we are talking about $30-40M? Maybe even more?

Our MC is 1/3 of that and the kitty has $6M inc. the drawdown.

It is an interesting idea though, and it kind of makes sense now that BCC have been harping on about potential M&A expenditure to surprise of many for the past 2 years (especially right after the CR). I wonder if this plan has been brewing for a while now...
