I think a CR could do the buyout but unforttunately the share price is under pressure and not elevated so it could be very dilutionary and hard to get away in this climate.

RP may be able to get funding or financ to buy BCC out but we do not know their situaiton fully.

I think an alternative is RP swallow their pride and the JV is restructure to be 50/50 down the line, but it may be beyond this and untenable now.

A 3rd party buyer could work yes but some points to note, they may see this as a distressed sale, Iridium do not seem to be in the business of owning the manufacturing and distribution. Gamrin and Bivvy likely don't see the need as they have the IP already, maybe someone else like Apple or Samsung who want to have a dedicated emergency companion and enter this space could be good?
