What I would be interested to read is the arbitrators exact findings if these are made public, the thing to be weary of and I have seen this with a couple of clients is lawyers themselves can be the larger crooks than the intial party you are in dispute with. Lawyers will speak with you and say wow can't believe this, you have such a strong case, we can right this wrong, we can expose this and sort them out, place $500,000k in our trust account and let's get going. Any doubts you raise along the way they just keep insisting the case is strong, the truth will be reached, please pay me more though this case has gotten larger than we initially thought etc etc. Then judgment day you are shredded in court and now think WTF we never had much of a case based on the law and you then question the lawyers, had a couple clients in this predicament with an estate dispute and one a property development and they ended up suing the lawyers for malpractice and for taking them on a merry dance. It is then hard to sue a lawyer as they represent themselves perhaps, the judges protect other lawyers and generally will just be viewed as you did not get a good outcome even if the lawyer did oversell it a bit.
