Thanks @Access2020 ive really enjoyed reading all your posts on this company. Even though the company isnt in a blackout period. You would think they wouldnt be able to buy any shares at the moment because of the arbitration going on. They would have information that isnt available to the public. But yes the insider ownership is a joke. Not sure how the CEO who has been at the company for so long on very good wages only owns 3m shares. Its one of the reasons ive never bought the company.
What outcome do you think the company would like? If they "win" the arbitration and buy the JV. Raising capital at these prices would be such a poor outcome. I would think the best outcome would be for Roadpost to buy the JV and BCC to continue supplying Zoleo or even sell that part of the manufacturing to Roadpost and get right out of it.
Also Roadpost just taking over BCC would also be a very possible outcome. David Stewart was happy having Netcomm taken over. Doesnt really look like he would have any other way to sell his shares.
