I honestly do not get it, the SP outcomes continue to be really bad, does anyone else remember this:


I cannot feel the excitement. What they actually meant that BCC was going to be near-bankrupt, held hostage in a loss-making JV, spending remnants of its available/surplus cash on fighting its JV partner through an arbitration as well as civil court processes, whilst ignoring growth requirements and support of the rest of the business? Ahhhh....I get it , exciting indeed because that long history of running the company for 20 years may come to a grinding halt soon.
