They (BCC) have to update the market with the Quarterly Activities Update supported by Section 4C in the next few days.
Regarding arbitration update: because it is quite early I do not see that we will get any material update about the arbitration results. Perhaps we may get a mention that states that the proceedings have been held and/or an update to the schedule as to when the results will be revealed or if there has been delay incurred in the process.
For the past few years they have released June quarter activities updates around 26-28th of July, so we should see it real soon.
