    No one wins out of court cases.... Wait, management still get paid, oh, and lawyers.....

    Either outcome stinks for BCC holders

    scenario #1 - BCC take 100% ownership, at what cost? How do they fund? Dilution at these lows? Impossible, maybe debt ? or some dodgy con notes ?

    scenario #2 - BCC end up with 0% - RP buyout, at what price? What will happen with the funds received? When will they acquire new businesses?
    The board have proven they have NFI how to scale business, and for that matter NFI on how to negotiate business terms.


    IMO - best would be BCC get bought out 100%, pay special dividend and wind the company up.
