Can only assume there has been no decision from the arbitrator yet. The company wouldn't be allowed to withhold this information.
There was a change in language in their updates:
"The ownership of ZOLEO is expected to be resolved at the end of the arbitration process." vs. "Followingthe decision, this is may allow an opportunity for the ownershipof ZOLEO to be decided."
This seemed to leave the door open to a renegotiation of terms.
