I think as myself and other have noted the wording change in the recent update is indicating that the process is running late and/or that there will be more subtle outcomes achieved from the arbitration process than what was originally indicated, which is disappointing.
The original communication lines about the favourable outcomes in all arbitration scenarios was very much out of touch with reality. The variety of real world options and nuanced conclusions to this process is much greater than what was presented by BCC.
Well it must be close now, looking forward to the grand reveal.
