    Well the question again is where the hell are all those rampers that were celebrating the start of BCC arbitration process. Absolutely delirious, the SP is -65% since then, with multiple delays and a complete freeze of the business operations. This is getting really ugly, at this rate BCC is well on its way to hit single MC digits and fade into irrelevance.
