Even the US1.5m is only a “potential receipt”, so the US60m is a fantasy. And then there are the many hundreds of millions Carter assures CBD about in private.
I’ve held CSL from the start and not once did they talk like that. In fact they didn’t talk at all; they let their actions do the talking.
