what is a fact is that Teva did not take up the option over the additional 3 territories. Teva would be in a better position than most to assess Zolpimist potential and they are not interested. it would be fair to assume this does not help the current negotiations with new potential partners. negotiations with the other territories have been going on for greater than 12 months, are they close or maybe cannot close the deal(s). the company has potential but will require more cash next year to continue even if they land a Zolpimist deal. Do the numbers after the Jan 4C. until they have the cash burn offset by income any upside will be limited. dyor
