he should have sold to someone like Wilson asset management where they are long term holders. I try to sell out of shares from regal. they either pump up share price or short. mdi has fallen half since regal went on share registry. where as chn it's been pump up to over $1 billion. what I do find is where regal tries to sell out of a company, it lumps up the shares.
so to me they are not selling out otherwise they would be pumping up share price and could have sold out at above $3.
