I'm not disagreeing with your findings however the US EPA reminds me of the US FDA - Bureaucracy gone mad by putting up so many road blocks & hurdles to justify their existence - just my view

As l recall COVID-19 also belongs in the virus group and is part of the Coronavirus family which include common viruses !

This referred document from the EPA where this Sept 23rd reported fine came from states clearly a pesticide application ! registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).

So l guess its all in the wording - Covid-19 is a virus but was not clearly stated on the application or Zoono marketing programs - or at least should have been reviewed by their legal team.

Either way we shareholders are drowning thanks to Managements direction.
