Correct me if I am wrong but Paul Hyslop has 83.7m shares in escrow until 09 May 2019 with total shares for the company only 163m and only 60m free float.
6.5m NZD cash on hand with cash due this quarter of 850k as at 31 March 2018
So I see at least two possibilities for Hugh:
1. Bleed it dry and walk away
2. Generate some value not only for SH but also for himself given he owns >50% of ZNO and can't sell until May 2019.
Get ready for a re-rate IMO. 63m shares free float with a MC of <20m means this thing could move very quickly.
