I used it correctly. Followed all the instructions. Have you purchased any of the other products other than the hand sanitiser, such as the deodorant? I think shareholders should care if the product works or not. A purchase, followed by a quick chuck in the bin, followed by no further purchase, is not ideal for the bottom line.
