- The Turtle Wax agreement was in USD and uses the current 0.64 exchange rate
- All figures are the minimum contract values and exclude online sales (or at least current sales dwarf the 25/09/19 agreement)

What I liked most about this company in doing my research is that they have not raised any capital in the 30 months since listing on the ASX and that all deals following the same outline - initial 3, 5 or 10 year terms with minimum spend agreed for the first 3 years and a +10% increase per annum thereafter.

Using the assumption that the 5 agreements with initial 3-5 years will be extended to at least 10 years, you get the following figures, again noting that these are minimum contract values and only a portion of Zoono's revenues over this period.
