To be fair - the accounting period just ticked over. The accounting department needs time to run the numbers - organisations big and small have close periods to working day circa 5-10 before accounting numbers are available.
No point guessing when Qtrly reporting, along with proper explanations of movements takes time to compile (to present a proper picture of performance) and would reasonably be expected later in the month.
