This thread is called Zoono Company update.

So I found this good video on YouTube about 4C updates. In the first four minutes of the video it explains why some companies and not all company need to file a 4C.

And I think it explains why Zoono may or may not file a 4C in April. The rest of the video takes about eight minutes and talks about four small caps similar in size to Zoono, so I found that interesting too.

Enjoy the long weekend, I found this video educational. I did not know why not all companies file a 4C
