Lack of trust in the CEO. A general lack of direction - 5mil dividend paid before because 'money in the bank and of no other use' but now all of a sudden 'no dividend because money ia required for clinical trials for up the nose spray (50k). 18 month process. CEO wont sell the remainder of his 40% ownership but he is unsure if him being a shareholder is good or bad. He isnt sure if he will be around to see this company be a $1B company in 10 years. Cant reveal which top 100 companies that Zoono has successfully pitched to, out of respect for them due to media interest...A delay in shipment for $6M of product due to lockdown. Supply Contracts (how binding are they?)..Chinese distribution deal for early childhood centres not material. Japan deal not material. Im so lost.
