Apologies the amounts listed are Microsonic values not ZNO values you're right. However the rest of my post applies the agreement will be on similar if not identicial terms with the existing one with zoono Inc which they have been selling to for years at very, very good margins (75%+).
The critical issue is not what % ZNO will earn out of the deal but whether they actually do the volumes.Quite frankiy i don't care if they do only make 50% if they're selling $10m+ in a few years time.
