    Signing a deal makes absolutely no difference to whether the Chinese replicate Zoono products or not.
    Zoono manufacturers all it's own products in NZ & US not at it's distributors

    If the Chinese chose to try replicate the product they could just place an order & try from that, signing a distribution deal doesn't help them achieve that.
