This contracts adds about $30m to the DCF valuation assuming the contract ends in year 5.

If we assume that the contract is rolled over perpetually, then its $100m+, assumptions include 70% GM, constant FX, and a 10% discount rate amongst others.

I dare say there's a strong likelihood that after year 5, this quite well-established counterparty would be inclined to continue the exclusivity. So the increase in valuation of $30-$100m+ does not appear to be priced in by a 6% gain in the share price (~$15m).

If anything, on a risk-adjusted basis, I'd say that the company is an even better purchase today than yesterday.
