The biggest risk of the 21st century is 6000km north of Australia. After building up their armed forces and economy on Australian solar panel subsidies, nuclear power, cheap coal and iron ore they will come marching southwards in maybe 15 or 20 years.
We will struggle to compete whilst running our tank factories with solar panels and batteries, which we cant even make ourselves!
Of course there maybe something else on the horizon we havent even thought of.....
And we do seem to be getting a fair way away from our enriched silicon topic.....
