thats why Ecoool Turtle and Leftyahoo was calling the BODS and SI out for not making a Trade able rights issue at 30c..... those who couldn't take up could of sold on market and then used that money to buy a few extra shares on market which would help not diluted holders asset.... A classic example of Mesoblast very poor investor management skills.
Same with the last raising at $2.50 simply give all share holder a 1 for X rights issue and so take it up if you wish or sell.
What next? another dilution if sales are slower or there's another hiccup?
