I can’t see that there’s any upside to the practice.
Another consideration is the ASX is in decline. The number of listings are decreasing. Companies are avoiding listing, preferring private equity. Watching stuff like this going on it’s not hard to see why.
I’ve done very well out of MSB but I’m starting to go right off individual ASX companies ..
