    Its a possibility. 3DM which was the RTO of SFP merged with Mach 7 Tech (M7T) - now trading as M7T which was an American company.

    They acquired M7T through the issue of 3DM shares (was about a 50/50 split). That's why I don't fully understand why the IoT acquisition was not allowed. Obviously it would have been dilutionary but was it because it was too close to ZYB's relisting date?

    If 3DM did it why couldn't ZYB
