We''l certainly find out. At current share price it's a MASSIVE dilution and values this new acquisition (up to $9mill including incentives) at more than Zyber. We'd wanna hope they are right.
For what it's worth I get the feeling the share price has bottomed at these levels. But a lot could depend on the contents of the newsletter, particularly more details about the acquisition if any.
