I absolutely agree with you.
Memoranda of Understanding that brought in no business were a disease of the previous ZYL.
And this one requires the payment of the princely and massive sum of $5,000. What's the point of even bothering to announce this licence? Is it going to induce a wave of buying or selling of ZYL shares?
Nasty memories of the old days are stimulated by these sorts of pointless announcements.
