It is a back door listing.
Performing due dilligence on a JORC complaint anthracite resource (16mt measured and inferred) in Mpubalanga, RSA. Can earn a 50% stake in partnership with a BEE.
BFS Committee is performing the due dilligence. BFS plans includes an addtional 7,000m drilling campaign to expand the resource.
Transport is good, with an existing rail siding onto the main freight line to Maputo. It is next door to an existing anthracite mine.
Very early days (project has not even been purchased) but sounds a bit like RES (previously Comdek) in its infancy. Off course, it will need a capital raising to purchase the project and fund the drilling campaign.
DYOR, IMO.
