Never worries me too much when a director sells a small amount of a holding. You just dont know what is going on in their personal world and why they need the cash. Just because they are a director and have a lot of shares doesnt mean they are in a great financial position. He may have lost money on another share, may be about to do a renovation and have always planned to sell some shares... who knows. Its a small amount... means not much (hopefully). I'd be concerned if it was a substantial amount of his shares or there were multiple directors selling.
