So this Appendix 3b is telling us that someone has exercised X amount of his options & paid the $0.02 cents to make them Ordinary fully paid shares.
So there will be a lot of these announcements going forward as they expire at the end of the year & if you do not pay the $0.02 cents to make them Ordinary fully paid shares then they are ultimately worth nothing .
