    It is yet to be seen whether a good announcement can override the market sentiment in this climate. We all know that the last few good SSN announcements didn't do much either, and they didn't have the burden of market panic to contend with.

    Personally I think at best this might slow the hemorrhaging of the SP now. But I'm prepared to be surprised.
