For one , the spread is minimal , secondly shareholders can clearly see who gets what and why (read notes to the AGM).
In MHMs case , (as I have said) a near halving of strike price for very long dated oppies favouring employees begs explanation , at very least , surely??
Not a hypocrypt at all , posters here are getting good at name calling , I dont mind it , and nor does firsova , we are mature enough to handle it I guess. In the end her calls and mine have been 'more correct' than all others , and I shouldnt wonder any objective holders would be wishing more heed was paid to our relative warnings circa $1.40 (twice).
