    At least WEC has cash available and the board of directors of WEC will have noticed that coal mining stocks are bombed out in Australia and the smaller the capitalisation the bigger the crash.
    WEC could buy a coal mine from one of them for not that much or bid for a company. It seems pointless now to expect this new technology to get off the ground quickly and the expertise of the WEC directors is being wasted.
