Not correct.

Sometimes it's better to stay out of the market than buy a small parcel such as this one ($8k).

Typically senior mangers / directors only have a small window of opportunity to actually trade the stock due the possession of “inside” information.

Weighting up his commitment and heart in the company. Not to mention the true belief the company is heading somewhere along with a decent income AND given where the SP is right now and the fact he only has a small window of opportunity to buy...I would question the rationale on only purchasing $8k.

Could be a move to satisfy pressure from shareholders.. who knows.
