victorious, without wanting to encourage you any further there have been funding limitations on activities to date.
Generally agree that ALL delays need to be treated with misgiving but I'll give some benefit of the doubt here given next to no one was successful in achieving easy funding in the final quarter on last year.
IMO they are hunting for an white elephant. HCC and SCC will be an execellent place to invest over the coming 12 months.
