FOUR MILE PROJECT - OFFER OF MINERAL LEASE
The directors of Alliance Resources Limited are pleased to announce that on 17 February 2012 Quasar Resources Pty Ltd (Quasar) (as to 75%) and Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (ACE) (as to 25%) received an offer of a 10 year mineral lease over the Four Mile Project area from the South Australian Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy.
The next step is for Quasar and ACE to advise the Mining Registrar that they are prepared to accept a mineral lease under the terms and conditions offered.
