Wow. Every time we have a chance to soar since March 2010 we get our wings clipped back.

The good news is that the oil is still there. The bad news is that we just will not receive the needed publicity I was hoping for to show an IP rate of 600 and get more people on board and get a 20% SP increase in one day.

Looking at a positive though, the Fort Peck land auction is scheduled for Thursday February 8th I do believe? They hold it twice yearly on the 2nd Thursday in March and 2nd Thursday in September??

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise where we can get even more land than the 4,000 extra net that Terry was hoping
for on the cheap. Let's face it, if the IP numbers are
north of 600, land price just went up a bunch.
