Thanks for posting acreage. Very interesting to see the news from MRO. Remember of course they and Marubeni ended up paying more than CHK did for their acreage in this area.
I see on the slide the Corn Creek #1 well is closest to the Goshen and is still flowing back, so that will be the most interesting result to see for us.
I also note on the slide that there are 2 wells with flow rates quoted, one at 328bopd and the other at 500bopd. It would be interesting to have heard them present this presentation to hear their specific comments - i.e. were they happy with those results, did the results meet their expectations, are they using artificial lift, etc.
Sounds to me like rates (initial rates at least) in the 300-500 bopd range may now be the expectation based on these results and that of Defender (or what we hope Defender to be once it gets pumping and frac fluid recovery completed). The key will then be the long term decline rates - hopefully shallower if on pump.
