    Ultimately the CEO is responsible for direction of the company and its successes or failures, and JH has fallen on his own sword. He played the cards he was dealt and came out on the wrong side, thats life. Great, let them find a permanent suitable replacement, who ever that may be, and move on exploiting the holdings the company has.

    No one is irreplaceable or indispensable, nobody.

    All this other chatter is merely speculation and nonsense.
