If you were to understand the company's constitution, you wouldn't have written that.
The Company has 4 Directors on the Board in control of what the Company can, and what the Company can't do. Hence why the needs of having an alternative Director in place once JH was excluded from fulfilling his committments. Now that alternate Director has resigned. WHY...????
What is interesting though, is that when JH was dismissed from his CEO/MD position, the Board stated that JH was still on the Board as a non executive Directors. But then, contrary to their statement, he wasn't allowed into the building.
Now, against what they originally stated and without any causes announced (the same as when he was sacked from his CEO position), no causes for his sudden removal from the board, have been announced.
There is definitely more than one can see in this matter if you ask me. And this Board is making sure and trying very hard, that none of us will know as to what is going on either. IMHO this board is treating us, the shareholders, with contempt. And yet we will soon be required to vote for it.
