twice in one week I've been mucked around with shoddy announcements... though from my reading of this delay, I'm in the camp that views the request for information as minimal, being information the company can readily provide..
but note two points - they expect a request for additional information to be made, so the formal nature of that request hasn't been rendered yet by the regulatory authority, so that detail needs to be finally assessed by the company... and the other point being that the company's advisors anticipated this would occur.. - well if these highly paid advisors can anticipate such things, why didn't they include all necessary information in the original submission, instead of waiting for a request they could anticipate...
*shakes head*
anyhoo, this apparently is how business gets done these days...
just off to pull a few more teeth...
