Point one, they have probably been told which sections are compliant, so those/that left over are where addition info is required.
Point two, the amount of information one could supply upfront could be endless. As I said, it's not a thing that you fail (unless you never provide the evidence they want). One needs to provide evidence that the meet the assessors judgements on lots of things.
