I think most people do realise the potential here, if you want to mine nickel this is the place, open pit, close to everything, experienced workforce, refineries nearby. Spent time at Cawse Nickel in WA, huge costs for labour etc etc, the concentrate was sent to Finland, shut now. As for starting a new underground mine in the middle of nowhere FIFO what an expensive nightmare that is going to be (SIR). And don't get me started about all the health and safety bull on Oz mine sites adding to costs. As for Africa, when the French are happy and pull out of Mali we can do some more drilling, for now let's go for the nickel.
