I dont think you can base your valuation on the current number of shares. The main problem I see is major dilution to fund the equity part of the capex. I cant remember how much the capex will be but at current prices to raise the $ you get major dilution having a JV in you will lose % so from 50 you would be looking at 35-40 or maybe lower
I agree we need the assistanc of the chinese to get the funding and they willl also bring their banks into the picture but what will the cost be to STB.
In saying that the SP went to $6 at 90-10 split so in these speculative stocks the SP can fly on any sniff of good news.
I am one confussed SH but hoping for a retrace to about $1
once people starting doing the sums.
