Looks like we get the crumbs for doing all the hard yards and supply all the funding and take all the risks
At least we now know where we stand and have a chance of doing some sort of deal
It is better than where we were a couple of weeks ago i suppose but i find it hard to get excited about it.
We have lost control of the project under CMSC i believe but i suppose we really didnt have control all along.
