1. With 3 directors, STB controls the Board.
2. STB financing ENAMCO share of debts is totally recouped from future profits.
3. The only item that is different from the initial status is the increase of equity from 40% to 50%. Would STB had tendered for the project for $50k if it knew the equity would be 50/50? I think so, with both hands.
Now STB must prove itself as many potentials exist in Eritrea.
