Look this is just more b/s !!!!What is the budget "secret service type material probably". Bet the number 1 bean counter is counting the beans - 1 for the budget 1 for the b/s pile. Does the Major Shareholder 'the chinese government' know the budget ? They don;t probably care as they will get there money back when it is sold.
